" I can't tell you how much stronger and more flexible I am since I started (your Yoga for Low Back Pain class). I couldn' t stand for more than 10 minutes in September and had trouble lifting things and bending. Now, standing is not a problem and I am able to lift 30-50 pounds without much effort. My job requires me to crawl around on the floor and lift computers and I can do this easily now. I run a chess league for around 100 students. In the Fall, I was not able to walk around much to take care of problems during a tournament. Now, I can pretty much walk around most of the day, put up tables and chairs, etc. Thanks for all you do!!!!", Craig
