YOGA FOR STRESS REDUCTION AND WELLNESS

This specially designed group hatha class is created to maximize stress reduction.

 The body reacts to stress with a complex response in its attempt to create homeostasis in the face of physical or mental stress. Studies have shown that stress plays a major role in many illnesses and health challenges. This class will utilize yoga techniques that reduce stress in the mind/body, so that in this place and moment of balance, health can be supported, wellness can be remembered.

This ongoing drop in class is open to all levels.
